We are pleased to announce that the MAZE / Art Awards F.P. Journe 2026 has been awarded to Jeanne Selmersheim-Desgrange.
The work Untitled (Autumn Flowers) was praised for its historical significance by an international jury composed of Gabriel Dette, curator at the Kunstmuseum Basel, conservator De. Lydia Beerkens, and Annabelle Ténèze, director of the Louvre-Lens.
The award paves the way for the work’s entry into the Kunstmuseum Basel collection, marking a major recognition for Jeanne Selmersheim-Desgrange and a new milestone in the rediscovery of her work.
